Aniimo is a free-to-play open-world action RPG built around collecting magical creatures — also called Aniimo — and exploring a bright wilderness with them. You play as a Junior Wayfarer, travel across regions full of mountains, meadows and water, and build a team out of the creatures you catch.
What separates it from other creature-collectors is Twining: instead of only commanding your Aniimo from the outside, you twine with one and take on its form. That single mechanic reshapes how you explore, fight and move, and it is why so much of this site is about which Aniimo you pair with rather than which one is strongest on paper.
Aniimo was developed by Pawprint Studio and is free to play on PC. It is out globally — the official site has announced the global launch, and the Steam page (app 4126040) is live. As with any live game, systems, numbers and creature balance keep moving; pages here carry a last-updated line so you can see when something was last checked.
